The other day my friend told me she madeout with this guy who had aids and she said she was really scared till she found out that you cant get it from kissing.... i thought you could get aids from saliva...is she right about not being able to get it from a kiss?

I believe so. The chances of getting it from saliva are next to nothing, because the virus is not really found in the saliva. If she had a cut in her mouth while she was making out with this guy she would have a chance of getting in, but the chances in general are slim.

Technically you could but the chance is minimal no more then an HIV person coughing on a cut on your hand the viral load really isn't high enough in saliva to infect there would have to be blood in the saliva and you would have to have a wound in your mouth to even have a chance. Aids is a big scare but honestly its hard to get tell your friend that Hepatitis is far far easier to get I should know i worked as a medical professional

You cant get AIDS by kissing. Unless you both have a open sore in your mouth.

You don't get aids from kissing. If she did more than kissing, it would be highly possible to get the disease.

she could get it if she had a open wound or sore in her mouth id deffinatly get checked for reasurance
