No, you are not fat. 132 is pretty good for your age. If you are worried about your weight, take a more active approach to your life. Take walks everyday, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Believe me! 132 IS NOT FAT. . . 5'5 AND 222 is fat!

How do you feel about your body? What's your relationship with food and body like? If you are eating when hungry and stopping when full, you're doing well. If you are restricting your caloric intake to maintain a lower weight, or you are compulsively overeating, that will certainly throw off your natural weight (or "set point" at which your body settles) and would be cause for concern.
I'm sure you are fantastic just as you are! It's a shame our culture makes women feel badly about their bodies...

do a google search for a website that will compute your BMI. enter in your height and weight and it will let you know if you are at a healthy weight
