they dont appreciate what illegals do for this country they had contributed more than 300 billion dollars to this economy they need to learn to appreciate what they have

Illegals have a net cost of $10 Billion a year (that is after subtracting their taxes and what they put into the economy), first. Second, it's not just Anglo's....... please STOP making this about race! Third, this isn't about immigrants, it's about illegal immigrants. Fourth, if they want to work, they should follow the rules and apply for work. Consider this for a second, if we assume that all 20 Million Illegal immigrants are working immigrants (naive, to be sure, but let's just say), and we assume that at most there are 10 Million Americans unemployed and homeless every year, and that we force all to work some kind of job for a 0% unemployment rate........... then we will still need to legally import 10 Million immigrants! Now, do we give those jobs to the 8 Million waiting legally for entry (and often waiting for YEARS)? Or do we just send half of our surplus back to where they came from and shut the borders? Which is the better deal?

Right, they want to come here ILLEGALLY, work dirt cheap which lowers pay rates for everyone regardless of their national origin and send their earnings back to their families in Mexico. That doesn't contribute to the US economy, that supports Mexico. While the illegals from Mexico are here they drain our economy, demand their so called rights, and cause hate and discontent in this country. On the "Day Without Illegal Mexicans" protest it was fantastic -- no crowded stores and streets -- it was wonderful. Can we have another protest. How about "A Decade Without Illegal Mexicans," maybe even a "Lifetime Without Illegal Mexicans."

If all they want to do is come and work....then why are they demanding free schooling for thier children? Why are they demanding free healthcare, paid for by the US taxpayer, why are they demanding all the rights of citizenship without the responsibilities that go along with citizenship. Why don't they want to pay taxes on what they earn? Why do they expect the same protection by our law enforcement officers that we enjoy when they do not contribute to the tax base? The cost of the health care for illegal immigrants last year was over 20 billion (paid for by taxpaying citizens)..The cost of educating the childeren of illegal immigrants born here is estimated over the next ten years to amount to 4 TRILLION dollars.....is there any wonder that American citizens ( all citizens, regardless of race) resent hell out of illegal immigrants?
As for illegal immigrants contributing 300 billion dollars to the economy, I'd like to know just where you get that information. I do not believe it, because illegals are not taxed, their wages cannot be accounted for, and if what they themselves say is true and they send most of their money home to support families.....then all they are purchasing here is food and shelter......certainly not money that would be missed by our country if they all went home.
So, cite your sources. My information can be found in the Library of Congress, and in the financial reports put out by the Department of Finance.
And finally, being in this country without proper authorization is ILLEGAL, it is breaking our laws, it is in short, criminal activity and we as americans resent hell out of those that break our laws with impunity. If you want to come work, apply for work visas, pay the proper taxes and work here legally.

I'll bet your eyes are brown because that's how full of crap you are. We love immigrants here. Let them come and work. But illegal aliens are not immigrants, They are law breakers even by being here and most of them are law breakers after they are here. They do nothing for our country except cause us grief and hardship. Quit telling us, legal people in this country, how we need you. We don't need you and we don't want you. Go home and make something of your own country! Which, by the way, the state of your country proves how good you are for our country!

As far as the illegal aliens contributing...They want to contribute nothing but only to take.

No problem if they want to come the legal way. The problem is they start off by breaking our laws so would you want a lot of people come into your country illegally? What do you think YOUR police would do if we went down to your country and broke their laws?

Personally I like having immigrants and I live in a state with a high immigrant population.
But, some people feel that if you did not take the jobs that you do, the companies who are paying the low wages would have to pay more to attract help and the jobs would become attractive to Americans. These people feel that you are affecting our standard of living.
I think that since we are primarily a Christian nation, we should give our jobs to people from other countries because we have enough and they don't.
