Chicken is better than red meat and it is healthier to cook it without the skin...that's where most of the fats and cholesterol are...if it's better than pork, I don't know. I know they're billing pork as the "other white meat" but I don't know if that makes it better or worse...

yes, yes, Any meat well trimmed and not fried in grease can be prepared in a healthy manner, but chicken is lower in cholesterol, fish has omega-3 oils which are good to help lower cholesterol levels, duck and goose are very good for variety but are high in cholesterol...oyster is not good for much of anything. The proper diet is moderation, a normal adult needs about 3 oz protein per day. and more fresh fruit and vegatables than bread or meat.. Beans and legumes are good substitutes for meat and have extra fiber... blah, blah, blah oh, don't forget the exercise!!!!

Obviously it depends how it is prepared. But chicken does have less fat compared to a similiar sized piece of beef.

Chicken can be better for you if it's prepared without the fats.
But I would find it difficult not to eat a variety.

it's better because it's lean meat provided you cook it naturally
(with steam is best) without adding other type of fats.
