The only reason people have different skin-tones is because of the sun. So would you say that people who are exposed to less sunlight are superior? This doesn't make sense.
Racism is extreme stupidity!

Darwin offered 2 things tto the scientific community; 1) The scientifically useful idea of evolution and 2) a theory to explain the mechanisms of evolution. Evolution is now one of half a dozen best supported scientific facts. His theory, "naturl selection", has shown to offer some useful insight, but requires much more to explain all known data. Thus, theories of evolution are still under debate, but evolution as such is not. When Einsteins concept of curved space-time replaced Newtons conception of gravity, gravity was not refuted, only how it was explained was in question. Apples still fell from trees during the debate. Living organisms still evolve during the debate about the mechanisms of evolution.
As far as any other ideas about the world Darwin may or may not have held, they have nothin to do evolutionary science or how a scientific person might judge someone else. I could just as easily say "Hitler believed the Earth revolved around the Sun. Do you want to have some belief Hitler had?" Evidence supports this belief. No evidence supports the belief that one race is superior to another. It's that simple.

he also thought women were an inferior species.
As fasr as his faith goes, Wikipedia says:
Church of England, though Unitarian family background, Agnostic after 1851.
Interestingly, Adolf Hitler used Darwinian theory to support his extermination of what he considered inferior human species.
Adding 3 quotes below:
"The more civilized so-called Caucasian races have beaten the Turkish hollow in the struggle for existence. Looking to the world at no very distant date, what an endless number of lower races will have been eliminated by the higher civilized races throughout the world." (Charles Darwin, 1881, 3 July, "Life and Letters of Darwin, vol. 1, 316")
"At some future period, not very distant as measured by centuries, the civilized races of man will almost certainly exterminate, and replace, the savage races throughout the world." (Charles Darwin, The descent of Man, Chap. vi)
"The chief distinction in the intellectual powers of the two sexes is shown by mans attaining to a higher eminence, in whatever he takes up, than the woman. Whether deep thought, reason, or imagination or merely the use of the senses and hands.....We may also infer.....The average mental power in man must be above that of woman." (Charles Darwin, "The descent of Man, pg. 566")

I am agnostic, believe in evolution, and that black people and white people are equal. Black people have evolved to have more pigment in their skin, white people less. As for the Darwin thing, both creationist and evolutionist of the day were bigoted and tried to justify it with their beliefs. Creationists through the Bible and others through science.
"Virtually all Englishmen in Darwin's time viewed blacks as culturally and intellectually inferior to Europeans. Some men of that time (such as Louis Agassiz, a staunch creationist) went so far as to say they were a different species. Charles Darwin was a product of his times and no doubt viewed non-Europeans as inferior in ways, but he was far more liberal than most: He vehemently opposed slavery, and he contributed to missionary work to better the condition of the native Tierra del Fuegans. He treated people of all races with compassion. "
Some people in the south tried to use the Bible to justify slavery since it didn't openly condemn slavery. What kind of question would it be for me to ask what Christians think of slavery? Does it imply the Bible is to blame for some people's misconceptions?

White atheists think that Black atheists have darker skin color, and that's about it.
Actually, Darwin did not think that blacks were inferior, he felt that they had physically evolved differently in small, subtle ways and their physical form reflected an earlier human form.

This question assumes that everyone who believes in evolution is an atheist. Personally, I believe in God AND evolution. But no, black people are not inferior to white people.
