You can't change it as far as I know; it automatically changes each time you disconnect & reconnect to the internet. But you can hide it by using a proxy (only for the websites, not chat), but you may have a slower net surf. Here is one of them:

You can neither hide nor change your IP address, you can cloak it! Use a proxy... I suggest "Tor"
