i dont think there is any way to help her b/c that is her personality and only she can change herself...she will have to find out the hard way all by herself that being a slu.t is not a good thing and ppl talk behind ur back and all guys want from u is to get in your pants and she will never find true love that way.

just let her that you care for her and that you want to help her make the right choices. And that you don't want to see her get hurt. But also try to open minded and don't judge and force you views on to her

just tell her that she is choosing the wrong path in life and that she could be doing something a hell of a lot better wither life right now!

become friends w/ her and maybe become friends w/ her friends and talk to her slow... dont just speek your mind either have a nice convo about somethign totaly diffrent and then try to help... good luck
