Easy Broccoli Quiche

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, minced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Over medium-low heat melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions, garlic and broccoli. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are soft. Spoon vegetables into crust and sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in melted butter. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center has set

There are soooo many recipes for this.

Quiche is a basic recipe, you just add what you like for the
vegetables.

Check it out, the only thing that changes is the seasonings and
veggies. So you can make it anyway you'd like.

Ingredients:

1 nine inch pie crust
6 eggs beaten
1/2 cup broccoli flowerettes
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese (Colby or Chedder)
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper

Preparation. Add the broccoli and cheese to the beaten eggs and blend tholoughly. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until done.

1 tablespoon mayonaisse
3/4 cup flower
1/4 vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper

i don't know any recipies from scratch, but there is a pour-a-quiche brand premade at grocery store that you put into a regular pie crust and it is really good!

micrw the brocli for 1.8min and add palermo bbq sauce add onion some garlic and eat with spaghti. mm mmm.
