Because God is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Jesus said when he preformed a miracle to go their own way, that their faith has made them well. So faith in God is what makes miracles happen. The same thing applies today!

The term God would not exist without the idea of eternity. Anyone who has always been around deserves the name.
How did the earth get here, with its abundance of life? Is not that more miraculous than Jesus' miracles? So what is hard to believe about miracles?

-I know its hard for us imperfect humans to comprehend that God has no beginning. But consider how nobody can pinpoint the beginning of time. Time is always there even though we die it still continues on. We don't simply reject time because there are aspects of it that we fully don't understand rather we regulate our life by it. Another thing we could consider is the vastness of space. The more we discover the more there is to find. Like space God's existence is infinite.
-As for the second part of your question Jesus' miracles showed that God was with him. -Acts 10:38. It was through God's holy spirit and power that Jesus was able to perform the miracles he did. If you have any more questions go to www.watchtower.org; the official site of Jehovah's Witnessess

No human mind can fully comprehend the truth of reality.
If you wonder how God has always existed then you must ask yourself;
There are only two choices to believe;
1. God is eternal, He has always existed and always will. He is the first cause of all causes.
2. The Universe has always existed; it is the first cause of all causes.
Something has to be eternal and always existed; which is it; Living God or Inanimate Universe.
One more thing; If you believe God exists and created the Universe and everything and everyone, isn't it just a given He always existed?
Spend your thoughts on how to know God better and make Him known to other people; and do it in love.

We always have a need to compare unknown things to something we are familiar with. It's very hard to compare God with anything. In my mind God is something like energy. It's all around us, and in us. It can take many shapes, and was here long before us and our material world. God will exsist even when our material world ends. He is, like energy, indestructible. Always with us cuz he's part of us, but he doesn't control us. He gave a part of himself to create this material world, and then gave us a free will so we can take care of this world, make our own choises.
This is why God knows all, loves us all, Jesus could perform miracles.
God is everywhere.

Just assume that time is one of the things that God created, that easily puts God outside time, above it below it and all around it.
If you do that, all questions such as who made God?, what was there before God? become meaningless, word games invented by people that dont understand.
Just for reference, Im am not a believer, but I dont see why that means I cant help people with what they choose to believe

I don't understand it either. I just know that there is a God and he is awesome!! Some things we just aren't suppose to know here on earth. Maybe when we see Jesus face to face we will know all there is to know. How great is that to look forward too!!

Of course this is false, because if something stretches back infinitely than it could never reach the present time.

*sigh* That's something our feeble minds just don't understand. God knows that we're too smart for our own good anyhow.
