If I wore my Atheist t-shirt to a black church, how would they react?

2. Would they think i'm the devil?

3. Would they kick me out?

5. If they asked me why i'm in church, I would say i'm doing research on the phychology of the belief in God

1) What do you mean by "a black church"? Do you mean a baptist church? A church who's members are African American?...very poor wording

2) What is an atheist t-shirt? Does it say "atheist" on it? Or are you just referring to any t-shirt that has no religious message on it and maybe even vulgar material?

It depends on what kind of black church. Not all black churches are the same just as all white churches are not the same. If it was a born-again church, they would probably approach you in the love of God and start a conversation with you. It wouldn't matter about your t-shirt.

They would holler a lot and stand and sing boisterous songs in plee for your forgiveness. The choir of oversized ladies would throw their arms up to the heavens and release bellowing gushes of wind and screeches, signifying horror. The preacher would sermonize, "Lordee, take thy heathen from out my sight so that we may opposed the tempations of the unrighteous!" They would fall all over each other, scream and faint. Children would dash from the church house and sneak behind the barn and start smoking to "calm their nerves." Samuel L. Jackson would whip out a cadmium-plated pistol and cry "I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance...!" and Will Smith would proclaim, "Easy on the swears!" before diving beneath a pew. But that's only if you told them what an atheist was.

Blacks are understanding to people of other religions than whites or muslims.
I have always gotten good reception form blacks on atheism, and mos tof them recongize they were forced into their present religion whether it christianity or islam,
They are not so close dto hearing another theory or explaination for why I am not a christian.
Your last quote would fit well there. IO think you would get a warm reception

You could probably get all of those reactions, and more besides! Just because there are, say, 100 people in the same religious building, that doesn't mean they will all react the same.

Since i'm true to my avatar, I'd like you to explain what a black church is? I do find it funny that people on here are quick to say that blacks are always pulling the race card, but everything we do, others have to classify it as "black". You may believe the stereotypes, like the idiot that says we are always packing, and we'd shoot you. But we are people, and our blood runs red like yours. You should know because when you were lynching us, yu saw it come out red.

So when you get to hell, you would've arrived at your church.

Assuming you are black, none of the above. You would be considered savable, like a whore who visited, and spend alot of attention to you and invite you back. Assuming you are white, everybody would get out their BBQ sauce. Now, if you entered with a Republican t-shirt on, black or white, you'd be kicked out on your butt and someone would call the police.

I did that once just to see what would happen and I was gangbanged in the basement closet. I was forced to circle jerk about 6 of them, followed by BJ's, then they trained me. Had my shirt ripped off and twisted around my neck until my face was red. Then they tied me to the coat hanger and did me some more.
