Also,
Continual Oil Renewal system. Such a system allows oil changes to occur as the tractor is on the road. Small amounts of engine oil is injected into the cylinders at periodic intervals. Dirty oil is ignited and burned, and it's byproduct is released into the exhaust stream where it receives additional treatment before being released into the air. In the mean time, a burst of clean oil is injected into the crackcase. This creates a continual, closed loop, oil change system.

The latest I know of is fuel. They can burn in diesels various kinds of organic oils like grease from frying french frys, to soybean oil. This new type fuel takes the place of petroleum based fuels like diesel.Believe it or not Willie Nelson kick started the existing theory and is currently building these bio-fuel refineries just for his own use ,for now. Apparently you don't have to make any changes to the engine and it burns cleaner with no pollution, while maintaining same MPG. But if you do use french fry grease the guy behind you is not going to forget the smell of cooking french fries for a long time......
