My favortie salad is tomato, cucumber, roasted red peppers topped with a bit of Bulgarian feta (or Greek feta works too). I dress this with some salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. YUM!

I like mixed baby greens with blue cheese, sliced green apple and a few walnut and balsamic dressing.

Mixed Greens with strawberries and grilled chicken and a raspberry dressing.

Really good Feta cheese with cucummber, tomatoes, lemon juice, olive olive, arugula and sea salt

I always add broccoli, boil egg, olives, sometimes madarine oranges, fresh tomatoes, feta is good, just use your favorite
additions.

If it doesn't turn out the way you'd like, just eliminate it.

I also have used tuna, shrimp just foods I like.

good luck

Try using fresh raspberries or strawberries (or other kinds of berries) along with different colored peppers-I find it tends to bring out lots of flavors. My husband agrees. Hope this helped.
