Here is what I do, I learned from tibitan monks:
During bath, holding a small dipper or cup or your palm fill with water and inhale the water into one of your nose, then immediately put your head up like looking at the cieling above.
You will notice that the water will flow into your mouth bringing with it some of the stuff, spit it out and the blow your nose real hard letting out all the remaining water and stuff.
Be careful though when inhaling, because too much of it will give you pain in the head. Sniff if you may like the term rather than inhale.
Repeat with the other nose.. repeat at least twice or until you fill that the clog and stuff will be clear enough..

You can try the old fashion way....Sit in the bathroom while the shower runs hot or get a bowl, fill it with hot water and lean over it with a towel covering your head. The steam usually works as a moistener and will help release the whatever is obstructing the nose. Oh yeah or a swipe of VaporRub under your nostrils!

i comprehend it really is an previous submit yet i exploit it on my own stuffy nostril. I squirt somewhat on a q-tip then rub interior a nostril then sniff to get somewhat of it somewhat farther up. Then repeat on the different area. After a couple of minutes i prefer to blow my nostril and that i'm frequently clean for some thing of the day. - Breena, Andrew's spouse, i won't be able to get him to attempt it

Do the Master Cleanse. Google it, or go to a health food store and get the guide (book) written by Stanley Burroughs. It will also help remove excess toxins and junk in your body. Your skin will look 20 years younger. You feel great and sleep like you did when you were a baby. I recommend this whole heartedly.

Get a tissue and blow your nose. That should help. If not at a dept. store they should have medicine to put in your nose to help you. Or take a hot shower and the steam sometimes will help you.

one of the most effective ones is to rub a slice of fresh chilli pepper under your nose. it is, however, extremely painful. a less painful way is to rub some menthol balm under your nose, vick vapo rub or something along those lines. and of course you can always go to your pharmacy and get some decongestants.

a spray steroid like Nasalcort is great, but you need a prescription. You can alternate using that with a saline spray, available over the counter. good luck.
