In the Bible, was not God often angered by what people did?

and all soul were said to belong to God or Satan. So what if God Himself put a 1000 year seal on Satan as an M which equals 1000 also M=IVI stitched together. So My right hand was God and the left was Satan. And Satan was a rebelious angel(aI79el) cause He tried to kill God?
