I am an atheist, and I do not enjoy being told I am going to hell all the time. I also don't enjoy people on this forum telling me i'm stupid, that i am not enlightened, that god will save me. it's pretty annoying.

It does not make me feel holy or important; but Jesus said that for believing in Him I would recieve persecution.
"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of Me; for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven."
So yeah, I know that when people make fun of me because of my religion, that I am on the right track.

Yes, because the prophets of old were treated horibly. Honestly, yes. But I don't want to be persecuted, i want to die naturally, God Willing.

No, it makes me feel like @#%&, but I take solace in the fact that "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousnesses sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

I never think about it. My focus is on Jesus, knowing Him and making Him known. I don't linger on any comments that come my direction. My attention is on the Lord and the Word of God.

No, I hate confrontation. I'd rather we all just love each other and live in peace. Doesn't usually happen that way, but it sure would be nice if it did. (-:
