Hi,
I am so sorry that you are feeling sad and down.I have felt those same feelings many ,many times too.It feels like the whole world keeps on going and your at a complete stop.You feel like their isn't a friend out there or a
family member to give you the love and attention that you are craving,or even a hug would make your whole day.
Do you any friends that you could ask out for dinner and a movie tonight?
Or..Go out to dinner by yourself,bring a book that you have been meaning too read but haven't found the time, a magazine,balance your checking account.
I like going out to dinner by myself: I do "all" of those things that i just suggested to you.after dinner,I go to big bookstore like:Barnes &Noble, and sit and look at a book or magazine,and people watch and drink a coffee .
Catch up on your e-mails,or answer questions.Rent a movie at Blockbuster,
and make some popcorn.Do you like spending time by yourself?If you answered "NO" than you need to learn to start liking yourself. Until than,why should someone like you "IF" you do not like and respect your own self.
Liking oneself is important! Every morning, when you wake up ,say 3 things you like about yourself,this should get you started in the right direction.
While you are at a bookstore,please purchase a journal,and start writing "ALL" your feelings down,and then you will feel relieved!I write in
mine everyday whether it is a crappy uneventful day ,or a good day.In a journal.you are able to write whatever you like,whenever you want too.
Do you have a cat or a dog? We have three cats,they are our children,and they are such wonderful company,plus,they need you to take care of them.So..you will direct your attenion on something else but your ownself. Plus,it is an awesome feeling having pets,they give you 100% unconditional love,they do not judge you,but love only you. I feels so,good.

Try to find something that interest that will take feeling lonely off your mind. When I am feeling this way, I usually go to the movies or rent a good old favorite movie. I love watching the movie "Pretty Woman" or "Scent of A Woman"
