You must use a radius to the center line of the pipe.
Multiply the DIAMETER by 3.14 and this will give you the length for a complete circle. Use 1/4 of this measurement for a 90 degree piece. Use the Diameter not the RADIUS for the calculation.
This works for any pipe diameter.
