I'm a teacher's assistant and she tends to give me more work than her other assts. Why is that..i'm also in her 1st block. We've known each other since last school year.

I have student aides and they always ask if I have things for them to do. There is one student in particular that I prefer to do the work because she does it RIGHT. When some of the others ask if I have anything I either give them something that I will not have to redo or fix or I tell them that there is nothing to do right now.

Maybe she thinks that you can handle more responsibility.
