You need to do the following things:
1. Warm up 5 minutes, then immediately you will need to do some cardio workout like maybe half an hour, to burn up the fat in your body.
2. After the warm up and cardio workout, you have to workout the big muscles first and then the smallest ones. Begin with your chest (press), then with your arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps) and finally your abs (some crunches).
3. Remember something, if you want to build strong and high volume muscles you should make up to 6-8 reps, in the other hand if you want to only define your muscles without volume, you should make from 12-15 reps.
4. Remember to take a rest between each workout, like 30 seconds up to one minute. Remember to workout from 3 to 4 days a week, so you can give the chance to rebuild your muscles again and workout again. I recommend you working out M-W-F or T-TH-S you can add one more day if you feel ok.
5. Eat very well!!!!! A lot of protein (meat, chicken, fish, egg whites), vegetables (or salads), try to not eat carbs after 5 o'clock because then your body will turn this into fat. Drink a lot of water (8-10 glasses per day).
Good Luck man!!! I hope you find your way to a healthier and working out life!!!!

This may be a crazy suggestion, but dancing (especially ballet) and yoga or pilates will help you get leaner and build muscle in those areas. In college, I danced about 20 hours a week, and I was all lean muscle. If I lift weights, I tend to bulk up, but dancing, yoga, and pilates will do more toning.
And if you're a single guy, and you're into girls, those dance, yoga, and pilates classes have a side benefit too.

water is fairly magnificent for well being, and its the treatment of each little thing (and the standard solvent additionally). i think of you will possibly desire to drink water and make a habit of strolling fairly standard.. thats what i studied additionally. working too lots in one day will reason you to grow to be out of breath because of the fact which you at the instant are not used to it. Run fairly standard till you could run 100m... i think of you will possibly desire to some thing mild as egg and brown bread (i did that as quickly as i became interior the slimming health facility) 15-20 minutes earlier going for a walk/jog. then later you will possibly desire to come back drink water cool down and consume some thing as mild as a salad! solid luck on getting in positive condition!!
