some men are and some are not. If they have a well-shaped head, being shave can be very sexy. Look at Yul Bryner in his old movies. Wow he was sexy!
Men with small heads or oblong shaped look much better with some hair. Skin tone also plays a part. If the guy is very very white, having color on top his head will be more attractive.

A lot of women like bald heads. They adored Yul Brynner, the movie star. They like Andre Agassiz, the tennis player. It gives them the idea that those man are more sexual then hairy ones.
