Its infected. My suggestions is to rinse it well with warm water, and follow up with some peroxide, if possible bandage the area so your pet cant get to it, and do your best to keep him distracted from it, he should be fine until tuesday..If his eating habits change however or his temperment i would take him to the pet emergency clinic nearest you. Also, did you get the tics head out?
either way follow up with a vet check asap

Did someone remove the tick? I wonder if part of the tick stayed inside your dog's body (sorry, I know this is gross to think about) and now the area is infected. It happens.

It might be a good idea to take your dog in to the vet before this gets much worse. The sooner it's addressed, the less expensive the vet trip is likely to be and the better your dog will feel.

Best of luck to you and your dog!

Take it to the vet. The tick probably bit it and your dog might have an inflecting.

You should get to a Vet. Ticks can carry serious diseases, such as Lyme disease. Just to be careful that there was nothing he caught from the tick, get it checked out.

It may be infected and some of the tic remains.

Sorry but I reccommend a vet visit. Antibiotic may be in order.
