use a moisturizing shampoo and a deep conditioner. after towel drying your hair, apply a leave-in conditioner (especially important when ur heat styling). try a concentrated serum to style. for curly styles use a diffuser, and wrap around sections of dry hair around a curling iron to smooth hair. when ur hair is dry, apply a drop or two more of serum depending on the length.

well i always straighten it the night before with a straightening iron. then if i need to do any touch ups in the morning it takes like 5 minutes. And i always use an anti frizz serum either by john frieda or the citre shine fresh fusion (cuz its cheaper). Also, i just bought Paul Mitchelle Super Sculpt because i saw a post on here raving about it and so far it works pretty well in taming the frizz and holding it in place. Its a quick drying styling glaze. Its not like mouse or gel or hairspray-much better in my opinion than any of those.

Start by using certain shampoos for wanting straight hair. (shampoos dont always give you the straight hair you are looking for) When your hair is wet, take a round barrel brush and blowdry it while brushing it straight...
There are many products that you can get to improve your hair with your without a straightener! (balm, syrum) I have the same problem with my hair! Bedhead has really good products that will keep your hair smooth and keep the frizz out! I forget the name, but its in a tall lime green can/bottle!!! Using a straightener always gives your hair an extra nice sleek look to it!

IF YOU reallly want to spend lots of money on it there is a new straighter/curling which is reallly nice but its at least 120 dollors we tried it in the mall.. seems skeptical but its amazing

and it will not damage your hair. Im super sorry i cant think of the name but go to your mall and go to a hair place.

my friend has super curley hair and it came out amazingly straight and didnt look fakley curled at all. And it was realllllly smooth.

my haris liek reallly straight so they didnt do it on me. But its awesome.

the straightener comes in black or pink.

sry cant think of the name but it also gives off steam.

and you first straighten your hair and then when you get to the bottom you just curl it using the straigtener.

I've found a combination of a light mousse and a styling creme do wonders for control and dealing with the poof.

well after years and years, i happened onto a ceramic wand, round like curling iron, with brushes on it, the ceramic wand does the trick, was a few bucks, but weell worth the money, you can straighnten or curl tight, loose, whatever, and i use varnish to tame ends, i have found relief from frizz

when you are done doing ur hair/when you are doing your hair-put in products
What i usualy do when im in the shower is i let my conditioner stay in my hair for a while.. like shave my legs, let my conditioner say in., then take it out;. that way it leaves ur hair SMOOTH and shinny
