If they are consistent, they will impose Sharia law on Israel and outlaw all form of religious freedom and public worship, and make them pay the jizya ("infidel tax")

Well, it depends on your take of Islam.
Most people would say "A"! The whole goal is to get all of humanity to submit to Allah.
However, there is not a whole lotta love for the "infidel"- the ones who chose to ignore Mohammed's prophecy (Christians and Jews). Many parts of the Koran encourage true believers of Islam to kill ALL the infidels. Especially considering that most Jews and Christians would not give up their faith even under extreme duress. I'm certain that there would be no problem with the wholesale murder of Jews to the extremists. They'd also secure their place in heaven.
This is why Iran with nukes is scary! A lot of zealots would certainly nuke Tel Aviv even if they could potentially die of radiation poisoning later.

I would choose d.
but, let them remain as long as they pay and respect others religions, stop spying on people, stop playing durty games, stop stop stop, stop all the bad things they are doing.
If they can't, then they should be locked in a city, with no interactions with outside world, so they don't cause any harm for anyone. Appologies for the good ones among them, as they are not ALL bad.
Killing or exporting is not a solution for the problem, they will come back as usual.

Why you ask a question like this? Muslims are not barbaric. The media portrays them in such a way. Muslims are followers of the path of Islam the religion of peace and acheive their place in heaven with God Almighty. If Muslims were to defeat Israel, Muslims would not kill any of the Jews but the Zionists because Muslims know that the Zionists are responsible for the actions. FYI many Arab and Middle Eastern Jews oppose Israel because of its Athiestic and Rascist Policies to Non-Jews and minorities. even Jews from Asiatic, Middle Eastern or African looks or nationalities. I am a Muslim and I love the Jews as there are those who follow the true light like the fellow Muslims do.

Also, according to the Noble Quran, MOST Jews are evil doers. Some of them however are peaceful and are loved by Allah Almighty and the Muslims, and will win Paradise insha'Allah (if GOD Almighty is Willing): "But because of their (i.e., the Jews) breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard; they change the words from their (right) places and forget a good part of the message that was sent them, nor wilt thou cease to find them- barring a few - ever bent on (new) deceits: but forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds): for God loveth those who are kind. (The Noble Quran, 5:13)"
