If you have warts on the soles, they are called plantar warts. I do not know where on feet you have warts. Please read about treatment here-
Plantar Warts
These warts are called plantar warts because they appear on the sole of the foot that is called the plantar surface. These warts do not appear grown up because of the foot pressure on them and a large part enters the insides. But the warts have no roots and grow on the outer surface (epidermis) of the foot skin. These warts are called as mosaic warts when they grow in a cluster. These warts feel like a stone in the shoe and pain while walking. The black dot seen on the top of the plantar warts is not the root but the blood vessel that supplies blood to the warts.
Removal Of Warts
Warts occur because of a virus called Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Medical science hasn't yet produced a medicine that can be applied topically or taken orally to kill this virus and remove warts. The only method is to physically remove the warts or teach the body's immune system that warts are foreign or diseased bodies and should be destroyed. In children, most of the warts may go away without any treatment, but the same is difficult in adults. If you leave the wart without treatment, there are two possibilities- either it will go away or new warts will appear. You should talk about this with your doctor and decide. Doctors use many methods to remove warts. Using chemicals to dissolve the wart slowly is one of the popular methods. In this case, chemicals such as salicylic acid are used. Your doctor may also treat and remove the warts with nitrogen freezing. In this method, the doctor applies liquid nitrogen which has very low temperature, on the warts and that dissolves the wart slowly. This treatment may be repeated considering how many warts you have. The other method is removing warts using electric surgery. Some other methods such as injections of bleomycin may be used, but they are not common. Laser is also used to effectively remove the warts. You should talk about all the possible treatments with your doctor. Even after removing the wart, there is no assurance that another will not come up. The only way is to remove the new growth as soon as possible.

You might think I'm crazy. Sure thought the person who told me that was.
I had gone to see doctors, used creams and all sorts of other medication. Nothing was working.
I had at one point, 83 visible warts!!! it was painful and itchy and soooooooo gross.
I was told to color it, the whole thing with, are you ready? RED FELT PERMANENT MARKER!!!! and cover it up with a band aid to keep it moist.
Magically after 2 years of suffering, 2-3 application a day for 2 weeks they were all gone!!!! I'm not joking! You have to try it!

You can try some of the OTC freeze-off products. Sometimes they work.
Whenever I get one I burn if off by holding a needle in a candle flame till it glows red, then sticking it into the wart. Over and over. Hurts like a sonofabich but it works!

You probably won't believe this but it really does work; put duck tape over it for at least 2 days straight. Then replace it for another 2 days continue doing this and the wart will fall off. strange but true!!!

Plantar warts usually occur on the feet. Get some watrner from the drugstore, or apply clear nail polish to it.

I normally do 1 of three things. Cut them out, freeze them or inject Candida Anitigen (the part of yeast that stimulates an immune system). All three things work pretty good. The problem with freezing is that you need to do it during 2-4 doctor visits.
You can also try applying duct tape daily for 2-4 weeks.
