yes, I got a graco swing one time, and called to see if I could order more toys for it, and they sent them at no charge. One time I called a blender company because I was missing a part, and they sent it right away. They are pretty nice about it. One girl I knew would purposly find one defective diaper in a pack so she can call and complain- even if it didn't stick right, or was crooked or something ,and she would call right away, and they would send her coupons for free diapers. I don't think that was right of her to do, but oh, well.

You just have to get on the mailing list to get free diapers and coupons from Huggies and Pampers. I tried complimenting other baby products I use a lot of, but I haven't seen any coupons yet.

Yes, I didn't do it for coupons but that's what happened. I complimented slimfast on their products and they sent tons of coupons to me (then it stopped working for me - go figure!) - and recently I complimented sunsilk on their new products, and they said they were sending out some samples of some things I hadn't tried yet. I've also complained to fast food resturants about the food, or missing parts of an order, and had orders replaced free of charge.

Yes I have. Tide had a commercial on television once about 3 young men who lived together. One was putting on a suit and tie and getting ready for work while the other 2 were in bed. One of the 2 said something to the 1st guy about work and he told them " my job doesn't consist of asking, do you want fries with that?.
Since I had worked in fast food once to support myself, that commercial really pi**ed me off to no end and I called Tide. They apologized and sent me 2 coupons for the largest product I wanted and also took the commercial off the air!!!!!!

yes. i had a brand of diapers leak and gave my son a nasty rash. we got a check for the purchased amount
