YOU don't need to know you're a singer - get a professional sound technician that is their job to get the right microphones for singers and instruments and to combine them for best sound quality and if some of them are battery operated making sure they get swapped before the batteries run down

test it ...place it in a kareokee box or in a dvd player and test it out..thats
the only way u will find out..you wont know by just looking at it
