It depends what part of the eyebrown. It hurts less than right under the eybrow. It's about the same amount of pain as getting waxed between both eyebrows.

getting the upper lips wax is more painful than getting your eyebrows wax

It hurts a bit more but if you have a mustache, then go ahead and wax. It is worth it. It is sad to see women with hair on their upper lip. It has a totally sloven appearance.
