why wont my computer allow me to download java?

Question

I have done as you instructed someone else, but what do you type in the box where they ask you what to block or allow, as I put java.com and it still wont allow it.
my husband has intalled SP2 on both computers. please help!!!

Allow it and make sure that your popup blocker is off and your firewall is allowing the downloadable files off the internet.
