Get a good cut and then get good shampoo and conditioner and use them. Avoid hair dryers and other things that dry out your hair.

There are lots of products that will tell you they can "repair" split ends. It is lies.
You have to prevent split ends. Get a trim every 6-8 weeks. It doesn't have to be a big trim. Find a hairdresser that will just take an 1/4in off for you.
good luck

no other way but to cut them off. condition, condition, condition you r hair afterwards if you want to keep them under control. and a reg trim will keep them away, sounds like you did a perm? and that would have a diffrent answer, Lord been threw that one too.

Get a haircut. To prevent them, don't brush your hair when its wet, use your fingers. Always use conditioner and don't process your hair.
