Hi, there are several things it could be, most of which you should see a physician for as advised by other responces. The possibilities include: Cervical spine: impingement, disc degeneration, subluxation; Brachial Plexus: acute compression injury, traction injury; Thoracic Outlet Syndrom; Nerve impingement at the elbow; , Cubital Tunnel syndrome, and Carpal Tunnel syndrome. There are also many other possibilities that are not generally related to the use of the arm, which is why you should see a physician. In general, without more information on how and when it started, your other medical conditions, and basic medical history no one should advise you on spcific treatments. Take care.

It means something is affecting a nerve somewhere on your neck or spine. Monitor what you feel, and if it becomes worse and the feeling you have extends to your index finger, go see a doctor. I would watch it for a few days, then go regardless. If you have a herniated disc somewhere, you may need surgery to avoid permanent nerve damage.

Could be nothing. The human body is pretty strange, at times.

If it continues for another week or so, and if it starts to impair your ability to go about your business, it might be worth setting an appointment with your family doctor.
