It is only rude to use your cell phone on a date if he is scr*wing you. Any other time is just fine to use it. You go girl!

Truly free ringtones--- no, because you will get charged for the transfering of the ringtone from the computer to your phone.
It is not rude to use your cell for a minute or two on a date, but any length longer than that it is... unless your date talks too and it is in a casual setting, like a mall.

It's very rude to talk on your cell phone while on a date.Shut the phone off, who ever you need to talk to can wait a few hours or so til the date is over. Make your date feel special by putting your friends on hold and not them.

To talk to a freind or just stuff YES If you are on call like many of us NO but explain before the date you will only answer work calls

it depends.if it's like a fammily memeber, sure.but maybe if it's a friend, don't pick up.or you can, just don't talk for every. say "hey, i'll call you back.but is this call important?"and that's it.

cellphone is neccessity....it might be rude if you use it while while conversing with your dating partner....you are not paying much attention to him or her. try to manage your time or use your time wisely and appropiately.
