I used to think that was silly. Like some others answered, people have been predicting this for 2000 years.

I'm not so sure now. Things are really starting to shape up like the Bible says in Revelations.

Yes. we definitely need the power of God. With His power, we have nothing to fear. This is only a temporary stop on the way to our real home anyway.

Lass, you have asked 56 questions, you don't seem to pick best answers, and you have answered only 96 questions. Never mind the selfishness of that.

Your "facts" available to anyone who clicks below your pseudonym reveal that you are a Sri Lankan Tamil in self-exile in Canada, and advocating terrorism in your native land. If you say it is the country you hate most, please distance yourself from it. Next absorb the peace-loving culture of Canada which has given you shelter. Finally, examine your own conscience before playing around with the Gospel of "the Prince of Peace".

I think our world is getting too crowded and greedy. I think we are coming to the end:
Population growth, Greenhouse effect, Greed for oil, hate, mental illness, single parent homes, youth confusion, poverty, morals gone, broken homes, pride
We are destroying our future and the earth. Yes, of course many of these problems have been around thousands of years...but it is getting worse.
If one lacks faith during difficult times they can get caught up in the anxieties of life and fall victim to the evil influences on earth.
God gave us the earth. We need to be more active in our life and attempt to come together as one in order to prevent our destruction...God knew we would never be able to exist in Peace and that why he plans for Christ return, but i seriously doubt it will in the form many are expecting.
We all have access to the power of God, but many don't realize and remain passive.

Yes and No. That has been the talk for decades. People always trying to find out if these are our last days. Study in the book of Revalations, and the signs are there. My old Minister, always told us, that his beliefs was , that he would be on Earth to see the last days. Un-fortunately, he is gone. So he was wrong. The Bible says: We never know what hour He cometh. So we don't know.

No, hun. The bible was written by men, ma'am. There is no such thing as sin or hell. Revelations, as the rest of the bible, is the result of the imaginations of multiple men over multiple centuries.
To Britt: I bet John Hagee is so upset to be leaving his million dollar home when the trumpets blow. LOL

No. Christians have been blithering about the last days since the beginning of Christianity, oh, only a couple of thousand years now.

You should find a new hobbyhorse to ride, and stop wishing ill on this good old world of ours.
