What seems to be the problem?
Since insurance will cover a wide variety of pills for such things it may be the cheapest to just go to the doctor.
First time I had sex I was on some anti-depression pill and I honestly was able to have sex for well over an hour and a half until I got hungry and had to eat. I got back from eating and had sex again for another hour before my gf had to go home.
Point is anti-depressants are perfect for pre mature ejaculates. Read it later on wikipedia. Really helped explain why I could never get off lol. As for size type issues or having problems getting it up, simple exercises can help, and it only requires your hand and some time.

Hi. Last week, while I was getting an orientation to my new job at the college I go to, I saw a guy who I thought was just gorgeous. He was only going to be there for the one day training and then, gone. During the lunch break I saw him standing alone and (don't ask me why) I just walked up to him and said, "come with me". He followed me into a deserted room. I dropped down on my knees and the rest you can imagine. After I was finished I just walked away. We never talked about it. He left and I got on with school. So, since this cost neither one of us anything and gave us both a very happy memory, I would say I am the cheapest and the best.
