Since I'm married. I start off on my left side hugging him. But than I turn during the night, I turn on my right side. With my back touching him. I like to also hug a pillow. Since I was little, I never liked sleeping alone. Scared of the dark I guess. So, I always had a pillow or stuf animal. Now I have my DH.

My favorite sleep position is on my side because it is more comfortable for the neck problems that I have

My favorite sleep position goes according to age and health reasons In my younger years it was on my stomach. Middle years It was on my sides. As I got older ,It was on my back with my arms above my head. Now it is on my right side or on my back with pillow under my left arm. I think the all time sleep position in on your side,,,

I really feel comfortable sleeping on my back but eversince the doctor told me that I have a gastric reflux and i have to put a lot of pillows on my head If i want to sleep on my back.
I tried my best to always sleep on my side, its also comfortable though.
And i always sleep on my side embracing a pillow. :)

The worst way one can sleep, on my stomach.. But it is the only position I can sleep in

A recliner I had my neck and back broken so this feel the best the next morning thank God I can still do it all just got to pay the price of pain for all I do.

sometimes I like to sleep on my stomach with my arms under the pillow. other times I like to sleep on my right side and all bundled up.
