When you have your hardship license, you're not allowed to have any one in the car except family.. so what exactly happens when you're stopped and have a friend in the car?

If you get stopped and your license is checked, the officer can site you for violating the license. It is doubtful that he will make the passenger walk, but you will be allowed to proceed....with another court date to defend your hardship license. Odds are...you're going to lose it altogether.

Not worth risking something that is given to you as a courtesy from the court.

Sited for violations of license restrictions or a citation for driving while license suspended or revoked. You might lose the hardship license do to the violation and have your withdrawal period, or time of suspension extended 12-36 months. Hardship license and work permits are usually limited permits and not license, which would mean your license are still suspended.
