What do you do when your mom still insist on doing chores when she's not supposed to?

When your mom hurt her back really bad and you come home on labor day weekend and babysit her grandkid, which isn't yours, but she still goes a hundred mile an hour doing chores like clothes, clean house, dishes, and you tell her to stop and go rest because you'll do it. But she still insists!! All that time she complains about back pain. Suggestions?

Do the chores before she does.Talk your sibling who thoughtlessly leaves them with your Mom.See if you and your sibling can help her out.
Other then that there is not much you can do.If your Mom insist on doing things that hurt her you really can't stop her.
