I saw this question and I thought this-walmart gun. If yours is a M4 knock off you got at walmart where the bbs are feed through a gravity hopper system then you're stuck with it and the only way to fix it is when it happens stop holding the trigger and let the bbs roll out of the barrel.

If you have another gun that feeds from a magazine then you're problem is either poor grade bbs you can tell by looking at them-is their surface clean? Are they perfectly round? Are some deformed? If any of these occur then ditch the ones you're using and spend the extra 5-10 dollars to buy better ones.

If that isn't the problem then it's your gun. If it doesn't shoot at all then you most likely have something broke or you're slightly more lucky and have a bb lodged in there. If you still have a return policy then do so or if the place you bought it from is a airsoft store then bring it to them and if they're good dealers they might replace it or atleast look at it to see what's causing it. if not open her up and see if anything is out of place or if there are bbs rattling around in it.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help but since all you said was electric airsoft gun I have no clue if it's an electric walmart pistol or a 1,400 $ Systema M4A1 and the whole sets of problems which go with each and all the thousands inbetween.

Bad news is your guns busted, worse news is you probably cant fix it. There is a possabilaty that its just the pellets your useing. Or a piece in your gun called a gasget could be messed up. or your spring, gear, or your motor could be busted. Either way you probably cna't fix it for less than getting a new gun. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
