I've not used this in a while, but here's one I've enjoyed in the past:

Shortening
tuna (drained)
salt (Don't overdo)
pepper
All-purpose flour
hot water
milk or cream
Other seasonings for variation

In a skillet, melt the shortening. Add the tuna and stir well to break up the chunks. Sprinkle in flour and keep on stirring until you start seeing a light brown paste. Then turn down the heat and add the water (carefully!), seasonings, and milk.

This is great on toast!

Tuna potato bake.

1 package (about 5 ounces) scalloped potatoes
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 cups milk
2 cans (approx. 7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
ground paprika, optional
PREPARATION:
Prepare scalloped potatoes for baking, following package directions, adding onions. Arrange in 2-quart casserole and bake at temperature indicated on package for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and potatoes are just tender.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Fold in drained tuna. Pour tuna sauce mixture over the potatoes. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, hot sauce, and mustard; spread over tuna layer. Return casserole to oven. Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes longer, until hot and bubbly. If desired, sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Oh yeah, this is a classic. Sorry if I can't provide nutrient and calorie detail, but....

Buy a pack of bread (your preferred flavor and type of choice).

Take out a few slices.

Put the tuna on one of the slices of bread.

Put another slice of bread on top of the bread slice with tuna.

Voila! You have a tuna sandwich. Add salt and pepper to taste.

per can of tuna add a tblspn of mayo, a dash of yellow mustard and some diced dill pickles, salt and pepper to taste.... good alone, with crackers, or on a grilled rye and swiss

My mom also adds diced boiled egg and a little diced onion to hers.. I took those out of mine for the cholesterol and heart burn reasons.

Also a good friend of mine makes this awesome salad

1 box of muellers macaroni elbows cook and drain
add in 1 can of tuna, salt and pepper
a few dallops of mayo and a little mustard
add in some diced sweet gerhkin midgets
and 1 small bag of frozen english peas, uncooked

it's to die for!

A hot dish that I like is to cook 1 bag of egg noodles
drain , add in tuna, and a can of either cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup... my kids love this for a quick dinner.
