Along with the possibility of a stroke, it could also be a long infected tooth or teeth that have gone bad. The infection may have gotting into the sinus's causing. Just guessing good luck at the vet.

Anything you have questions about or are worried about, your pets should be taken to the Vet. I know, you are thinking about the expense, but if you have a pet it is your responsibility. Hope all goes well!

How do you know that she has no feeling in that area? Just curious - but it could be a small stroke - I would definitely check in with your vet's office.
