Change your mind from WHEN to I HAVE, even if you don't have an actual girlfriend, you won't find a girlfriend if you keep saying when am I?, as this puts things just out of your reach. So, change the way you think to seeing in your mind's eye the kind of person you want to be with etc... and let the universe take care of the rest. Lots of luck.

What is the hurry? Sex is over rated and is not as interesting as you may fantasize it to be your first time. But anyway, find a girl, start a relationship with her and see where it goes from there. Good Luck.
