Why do all Christians think they will get in to Heaven? Has it ever occurred to them that if there is a "Heaven" that who gets in is up to God and God alone? There are lot of quotes in the Bible, and some of them say that it is OK to sell your daughter into slavery and others say that it is OK to discipline an unruly child by stoning it to death. Is that OK too? Get real!

Take a look at a few other translations and you'll see that the terms you've given as "passive homosexual partners" and "practicing homosexuals" are far from universally translated in that way. A simplistic literal reading of the Bible is a sure way to take yourself into absurdity if not outright heresy. Much of the Biblical condemnation of homosexuality is based around its common use in the near east as a part of pagan worship. Understanding this context will help provide some much-needed context to what you're reading. Remember that you have a translation which means that there are layers of linguistic and cultural interpretation between you and the text.
But to address your question directly, what makes homosexual Christians believe that they can get into heaven? Take a look at Genesis chapter 1. The important thing here is not the literal meaning of the text that the earth was created in 6 days some 6000 years ago (I won't get into the creationist debate beyond pointing out that accepting the literal interpretation means that we have to accept that God has intentionally designed a universe that was meant to mislead us if this is true). The important thing is to note that each act of creation is marked as being good. Let me say that again: What God creates is good.
Since the scientific evidence leads us to see that homosexuality is part of created nature (those who claim otherwise go to great lengths to avoid scientific evidence), then merely being homosexual cannot be evil. And if merely being gay is not evil, then we might reasonably suppose that expressing one's sexuality may not be evil either.

First off,You cant be a christian and a homosexual. Their not compatable.Why be something that god speaks against and then think he's blessing you for living that lifestyle? God doesnt contradict himself.If he says no homosexual will go to heaven,it means No Homosexuals in heaven. They'll try to keep the christian name but live a lifestyle thats an abomination to God.all I can say is they can continue to "Think" their Christians but when the day of judgement comes they'll be cast out to hell just like the others who deny God If they dont repent.

Being a homosexual is NOT a sin!!! My goodness. ACTING on the homosexuality IS a sin!!! There are homosexuals who want to be changed but can't and DON'T pursue a homosexual lifestyle (like gay sex, etc.). And God forgives people of their sins if they repent and confess in the name of Jesus Christ. And John 3:16 says that those people who believe in Jesus Christ will inherit the kingdom of god (not only heterosexuals). But that doesn't mean that you can continue sinning. You have to do your best not to sin.

person is a christian would be to say satan is God - there
is no such thing as a homosexual christian - they try to justify
themselves by saying that God loves them even though they
practice sin - though they do not call it sin - they call it like this -
it is just the way i am - though God is a loving God He cannot

This Christian homosexual relies on the blood of Jesus Christ and the Grace of God Almighty. I will not say it will not happen that i may have an urge to commit homosexuality ever again, but i do have faith that what ever I do will be the will of God Almighty, because the will of God Almighty is the will I want for me.

Homosexuality is an abomination to the LORD. It carries a death sentence. Its a terrible sins but repentable.

love people the way they are and learn to accept them. it is between them and God, so why are u doing God's job? or is it that u are a better judge than God?

I believe somewhere in the bible it says that you just have to believe in your god and ask for forgiveness and you will be forgiven. Meaning it don't matter what you do, just say please forgive me ole fairytale god and you will be forgivin. Simple huh.. Then heaven would not be heaven if your friends was not there. so the only way you can go to hell is to be hated by everyone so no one wants you in their heaven. Oh wait that would mean no one gets to go to heaven because it is a sin to hate. humm I don't see a way for anyone to go to heaven but at the same time everyone goes. This can't be.. Or just maybe the bible is not true and god is a fairytale. Hummm.. Has to be it..
What makes you think you will get to a fairytale place? So I guess they can leave out any part of the bible they want to because everyone else does. You think you will go to heaven but I am willing to bet you have sined and will again and again. But you will ingore the parts that sends you to hell so why can't anyone else?
