Place 6 eggs in a pot of cold water, enough so that the eggs are covered. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let stand 20 min. Empty hot water out and runn cold water over eggs a few min. Crack and peel the eggs. Place the eggs in a mixing bowl and mash them up with a fork or a pastry cutter. Add in a few Tbls. of Miracle Whip or mayo until mixture becomes creamy. Add some salt, pepper, and ground dry yellow mustard seasoning. Some people like to add finely chopped onion or pickle, depending on your own personal taste.
Now you're ready to spread on bread and enjoy a delicious sandwich.
This will make 3-4 sandwiches.

boil about 6 eggs and let them cool when they are done boining. Shell them and then seperate the white from the yolk. Put all the yolks in a bowl with about 1/2 cup of mayo, more or less depends on how you like it. Also put in some relish aobut 1/4 cup, again more or less to your taste. Chop up some onion aobut 1/2 of a small white or yellow onion, make sure it's really small. mix all that stuff together in a bowl and add some salt and pepper to taste and let sit for about an hour in the fridge. Chunk up the egg whites not to small and when your done letting the yolk mixture set, mix the two together. you might want to try it with a few more eggs than that though. It's just a rough measurment!

You'll find out this is probably the easiest dish to make. Get a large pot, put enough water in so the eggs are covered. Bring to a boil-then,boil for around 10 minutes. Test one egg to see if it's boiled through. Then, put mayo, mustard(yellow), and Garlic Powder in it. Mash up the eggs Before you put the other stuff in and don't forget salt and pepper. It'll taste sooo good! DO not forget the Garlic Powder, not garlic salt. I don't measure anything ever! It depends upon what you like, put small amounts of salt and pepper and just taste test it. Same with the garlic. good luck!

Hi,

This is rather easy to make and tastes good.

1. Boil about 6 eggs (or as many as you think you will eat. (hard boiled not soft)

2. Cut the eggs into very small pieces, the complete egg.

3. Mix just enough mayonaise to moisten and add a dash of mustard for added taste + salt & pepper to suit your taste.

This should make about 4 to 5 sandwiches.

Good eatin

Boil some eggs (10 minutes in boiling water). After they cool, put them in bowl (take out of shell of course!), add about 1 tbsp (or less) of mayo per boiled egg, add a little salt and dried parsley flakes, and mix it all up. Then eat. YUM!!

Good luck .... egg salad is pretty easy to make! Enjoy!
