YES. Prawns, shrimps, lobsters, crabs, oysters or any other shell fsh for that matter is very high in cholesterol. So its better to avoid them or have them may be once in a while in very little amounts.

I have a list in front of me given to me by my GP.The list is endless. Coconut cashew Deep fat fried chips,roast pots, (unless fried in Rape seed oil) Pastries puddings ,Chocolate, I think I may have spoiled somebodys day already, or shall I go on. Sorry

people with high cholesterol SHOULD avoid shrimp. It is very high in cholesterol. Along with eggs and most meat.
