That rather depends on scale. if you mean personally then probably , yes but you'll have heaps of fun on the way.
On a global scale however, I don't think one can cause a tsunami or mass starvation by partaking of the afore mentioned products so...... no harm done eh?

No. In fact, I suggest that you also stop doing anything but drinking. The sooner you succumb, the less the taxpayers will have to help you cover your health problems.
