Muslims say no, because Mohammad said so. All other scripture says he did. Does that make Jesus's apostles liars? The heretical Gnostic Arab Christians changed alot of things, and passed this on to Mohammad. This would be like someone going in and changing Einstein's theory of relativity to make it easier for them to believe. Denying Jesus's crucifiction is like denying Jesus himself, and reducing him to "just a prophet". What made Mohammad so sure that the crucifiction is a hoax?

Muslims say no because Islam is satan's religion. Any belief that says Jesus did not die on a cross and that He is not savior is a lie. And who is the Father of Lies? Satan.

Well, it's hard to come up with a straight answer for this because you're taking two major points of two major religions and mixing them up together. I mean, as for Mohammed, well it's uncertain, I mean we can hardly ring him up and say 'Yo, dude, so what's up with all this Jesus not being crucified thing?' can we?
The Christians don't believe in him at all and so don't really care what he has to say for himself. They say he is a ploy of the enemy.
The Muslims on the other hand - well, he's their prophet isn't he? So, they trust and follow his word, the same way the Christians follow Jesus's word.
So basically (I'm trying to conclude, it's kinda hard and I think I'm running around in circles... sorry) it's all a matter of faith. For me, I go with the Christian thing (would also like to put in here that I am not being offensive towards the Muslim religion) and believe that Mohammed was not who he claimed to be and so as you say, saying that Jesus wasn't crucifed is like going against Einstein - but you have to understand that's just an opinion and a faith.
Other's will see differently, whether it's Mohammed was right, Mohammed was wrong, Mohammed was all a figure of your imagination. Mohammed was sure that the crucifiction was a hoax because that was what he believed...

Before I get attacked by like Theologist etc, can I say I'm just seventeen and the info above may be very wrong, but I think I'm right and that's generally what I believe. :)

I say it doesn’t really matter if he was crucified or not. Or who has the better story or evidence. All it matters is to take in what ever they tell us as a philosophy and see if those ideas have any contributions to our own understanding of life and this world. It is interesting how you compare religion and Einstein. Well guess what, even some of his theories and details of some of the ideas are questioned today. So it never was the “absolute” truth. BUT, if it wasn’t for his ideas people wouldn’t have continued on to develop those ideas further into where they are now, so he made a very important contribution to the thought processes of humanity. It is a waste of energy to investigate what went on with the religious ideas in the past and do forensics about what it was before it was influenced and evolved by generations of followers.

To christians, God is first and foremost love. He loves humankind enough to sacrifice Himself/Son to bridge the gap created by unholy behavior.

To muslim, Allah is first and foremost mercy. He would never sacrifice a Prophet who had committed no sin. Instead, many muslims believe that Judas miraculously switched places with Christ on the cross -- which is seen as just punishment for his treason.

This is the pivotal difference between the religions. Had Mohammed left this element in the Koran, the only explanation for this "lack of mercy" would have to be the christian belief that it served an essential purpose. Islam would have been a new denomination within christianity. So "hoax" isn't the right word -- the "merciful" act of Allah to not crucify Christ is the only explanation that fits the muslim paradigm, and therefore became part of the Koran.

The are four accounts that states Jesus was executed at the request of the Jews by the Romans. Six hundred years later, Muhammad states that Jesus was saved before his death by God (Allah).

The Christian message is that God kept his promise with Jesus (the name means God helps/saves/delivers); that Jesus was executed and God raised him from the dead (the Christian hope for eternal life; and that Jesus will return.

There is no disagreement about the first and the third, but only about Jesus' death and resurrection. The four gospels clearly state that Jesus was executed, put into a grave for three days (the number days are significant because three days means you are really dead) and that God raised Jesus from the dead.

Forget any scientific explanation or comparison, this is a matter of belief. The Qur'an states that God saved Jesus from execution not the he wasn't executed. You will find Jesus is mentioned in the Qur'an, referred to as prophet, and will be returning. It wasn't that Jesus wasn't executed but God spared Jesus suffering and made it appear that was executed when he wasn't. Removing any basis for the Trinity.

OK. You now have the facts as explained by both books: Which prophet do you believe?

If Jesus WAS crucified and rose, then there was no need for Mohammed. He became another "false prophet" sly, deceiving and heretical. Now what self-respecting prophet is gonna go for that? Especially since his primary motive was NOT a new faith, but something, anything, that would unite all the Arab tribes into a single nation able to defend itself against all comers. It worked too. They united. They beat the c..p outta their neighbors. They tried for world conquest, but ultimately failed. So now they're trying again.

Since their "faith" is based on the old Arian heresy, they gonna fail again. Poor deluded babies.

Of course, if Jesus WASN'T crucified, then Mohammed might have had a leg to stand on. But unfortunately for him, to say that, you gotta say that ALL the Apostles were lying through their teeth. That they DIED (rather painfully) for that lie apparently didn't enter Mohammed's thought process when he expostulated this heresy. Not the brightest wick in the lamp, was Mohammed.

Simply put. We either believe all of the Holy Bible or not. There is no partial believing. All or Nothing.

1 Timothy 6: 3-6

3 If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching,
4 he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions
5 and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.

Yes, according to the holy Bible, Jesus Christ was really
crucified on a cross. He was crucified and died around 3.00 pm
on Wednesday afternoon. (Matthew 27:46-50 ; 27:57-60).
Jesus was then resurrected near sunset, exactly three days
and three nights after burial on Saturday evening or night.
(Luke 23:56 ; Exodus 20:8-11); (Luke 24:1 ; John 20:1);
(Matthew 28:1-6 ; Mark 16:2-6 ; Luke 24:2-3).

Have you ever seen the movie, "The last temption of Jesus Christ" and then you could answer your own question. But, the story of the book and the movie is very simple, because of Jesus Christ said yes to Satan in his forty days and forth nights ordeal in the desert, Satan saved him from the cross and Jesus married Mary something and had a family, but, it turned out that the people had not known any jesus and the message that he tried to send was lost on everyone. So, it was like Jesus Christ did not live at all and then Jesus's disciples from a previous life came to a very elderly Christ that was dying and told him to come back on the cross and to die a martyr's death as the sacrifice on the cross instead to get his message for all mankind across finally and for all time. It simply says that for Man to hear Jesus Christ's messasge of love and peace for your fellow man, he really needed to die on that Cross.

Yes, Jeus was crucified. To make all things new. What I mean by this is to make a way for the fallen race - mankind to GOD. For because of mankinds sin we were cut off from the glory of GOD. Therefore the Word, had to take on human form with all its imperfections and sin although he was perfect. He was then sacrificed (hung on a tree cursing the land and the people according to the LAW.) However this particular curse brought life as Jesus is the spring of life. All creation and life was created through the Word. In the beginning their was the word. The Word was with GOD & GOD was with the word. Just as Jesus was brought to life we have hope that we will also be brought to life because of our union with Jesus. And Jesus describes himself as a son in the house of GOD where there are many rooms which he has gone to prepare for us. Through our union with him we are now also sons & daughters of GOD. However the only way to GOD is through his son, Jesus. It is our duty to follow in the steps of our lord. The world rejected and persecuted him. The same fate awaits all followers of Christ. For a slave is not greater than his/her master.
Anything else written or said about our Lord if the two witnesses(old & new testament) do not support these truths then the message has no light and if it has no light it comes from the father of lies - SATANS aka the devil.
I suggest a good question to ask that would help enlighten and save souls would be: Why was Jesus crucifies? Who stands to benefit?
See you there on the great day.
Peace be with you.

First of all, anyone who believes that the Bible is divinely inspired has to believe in the literal crucifixion of Christ. Secondly, there is ample proof in the Bible, and in extra-biblical sources that Christ was crucified. The Jewish Talmud and Josephus both assert the fact of His crucifxion. Thirdly, just because someone says it didn't happen (i.e. Mohammed), doesn't mean there statement is true. The burden of proof would lie in their side. Currently, there is not a single shred of evidence that Christ was not crucified on a cross in Jerusalem approximately 2000 years ago.
