im 14 and im in the basketball team. i feel that i need to be more aggressive on the court. the way i figure i can be aggressive is working out. people say if i work out i can stunt my growth. so is it safe to work out???

go for it ^_^ by the time you reach 16 you'll look buff and tough ^_^ 14 is a good age to start work out cuz it will help you grow taller and you'll get that great body so why not start now ^_^

yes working out at any age over 10 is healthy for you
