I don't really think that you are looking for an answer, but just in case you are:
You are right, God is all powerfull! but God has always been plural in his existence. note Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let US make man in OUR image, in OUR likeness, and let THEM (was Adam not intended to be the only one ever created?) rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
Also in Genesis 3:22 And the LORD GOD(singular) said, "The man has now become like ONE OF "US"(plural), knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever."
Secondly: He did have a Son, but before he was the Son he was the Word And God. if you look at John 1:1-3 you will see the following:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word WAS WITH GOD, and the Word WAS GOD. 2He was with God in the beginning.
3Through HIM all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. now let me guide you forward just a little bit: John 1:14a The Word BECAME FLESH and made his dwelling among us. it is important to mention that while he was in the flesh he had given up his omnipresence and therefore most of his power as well, and had to depend on the Father to show him what he was doing. (john 5:20). God is all powerfull because he is triune.
second question: Because it pleased him to rest.
Third Question: He could have spoken everything into being just as he did the light, but chose not to. In his Wisdom He fashioned it: Isa 40:12: Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand,
or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens?
Who has held the DUST OF THE EARTH IN A BASKET,
or WEIGHED THE MOUNTAINS ON THE SCALES AND THE HILLS IN A BALANCE? or maybe Job 38:4-6 would help you to understand: "Where were you when I LAID THE EARTH'S FOUNDATION? Tell me, if you understand. 5 Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it? 6 On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone-
there was actually work involved in making the universe, if you cannot even understand how, why would you be able to understand why, read Job 38, 39, and answer some of the questions God asks Job, if you can. why becomes quite less an important question.

First question: Dipping into economics, goods can be non-rival, meaning that one person's use of it does not detract from another's. An example is cable television. Just because my neighbor is watching CNN doesn't mean that I can't get that channel. We can both get it. Presumably, that's how God's power works.
The next two: The stories of Christianity are just that, stories. They have their roots in myths told to explain certain things about the world and to fill in the gaps of what people knew at the time they were created. People probably wanted to explain the diversity of the planet, and decided that different stages (days) of creation was a good example, so there they go. And people are very good at anthropomorphizing God. After six days of hard work, we're pretty tired. Stands to reason he would be too, for a nomadic desert story-teller.

(1) Jesus was God's only begotten son. Jesus was God made flesh. That did not and does not take away from God's power in any way.
(2) God never needs to rest. The bible says He neither sleeps nor slumbers. That was an example for us, which later became the sabbath.
(3) God doesn't "need" anything. He does things in whatever way He chooses to for His own reasons, we cannot know why. His ways are not our ways.

I am LDS I can tell you what we believe.
1. Christ is God's Son, yes. And God the Father is all-powerful. Christ also has the power of God, it is called the Priesthood. Also, since Christ was begotten of the Father, that is why Christ also has his power. It does not mean that Christ is ABOVE God the Father.
2. Who said he needed to rest? Maybe he wanted to...Because he is all-powerful he automatically HAS to be using his power ALL the time??? probly not.
3. Because God still has to obey the laws of the elements...He can make a person's hand into dirt, but He has to know how to control the elements, which He does. It's more like God's "science" because he understands all.

Do you actually think that you're the first person ever to ask these questions? Questions like these have been asked for centuries, if you want a genuine answer, why don't you research the answers for yourself instead of depending on others. Maybe you're afraid of what you might discover.

Every hypothesis needs numerous alternate hypothesis to falsify and if alternate hypothesis/es fails, it becomes a theory. Well, this one doesnt even stand any varied remarks let alone questions.
