What insulting answers. There is 40 million questions on answers the chances of the people who offended you seeing this in 1 in 40 million. If they do I suggest you buy a lottery ticket.
But if you want an insulting Christian answer here is one.
First the bad news.
Your not going to heaven, there isn't any place for you up there.
then the good news
Your not going to hell, hell is the grave the wages sin pays is death.
Really good news: Jesus said the meek will inherit the earth.
Maybe I'll see you there.

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.

If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.

First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.

How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?

It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.

One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.

Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.

If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.

If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.

How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.

Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.

If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.

How likely is that????

Think about it.

The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.

Let us not cast aspersions please, and utilise this unique Yahoo/ forum for developing understanding and attaining InterFaith Peace. I have refused myself to be hurt by any 'insult' and have attributed that to a lack of knowledge about other religions. As an example from this forum: "Allah' is made fun of, without the knowledge that in Arabic Bible, the only Bible for millions, Allah is mentioned thousands of time, and the word:God not even once. A canard is told very often about some 6 years old wife. I read the Holy Qur'an and did not find even a remote reference to this popular 'insult'. The religious law of the Muslim brothers, as I learned, is that the necessary condition to validate a marriage is a 'consent' given by an adult. As President of my country's Inter Religious Dialogue Association, we did learn how to respect the followers of 'other' faiths. In due course, the members of this forum shall also be respecting all religions. I see a changing trend... Be patient.

First of all, don't be fooled into believing everyone here that says they're a Christian is. What a great way to get people to hate Christians. Imitating one and making insulting remarks.

Are you saying other religioyus groups don't write insulting answers?
Maybe it's because most people of Islam women, are not allowed by law to even be on the internet. Muslim are prohibited by law from discussing thier religions in any contex but showing it in the best light regardless of how they feel towards it and there are millions of muslims who ar esick of Islam.
Christians, muslim, and others are free to openly discuss their religion where under Islam you cannot. So forced silence is misunderstood by you.

They're all without sin - duh? Of course, it's because they can do and say anything they want but are "forgiven," therefor prance about in their arrogance feeling sin-free.

If priests can bang little boys and continue to be priests, basically anything can be done and the person can remain free of sin and free of guilt.
