OK, heres the no BS answer:
1)Theres a chemical called melatonin that makes skin dark. It comes from exposure to light- thats why so called "white people" turn brown in the sunlight. DNA produces the melatonin for black people.
2)The facial structure is controlled by voice- if you notice Ms. Condi Rice's facial structure doesn't look black, it looks white- and if you notice her language skills are more professional, with more correct grammar skills and punctuation. Same thing with Oprah Winfrey, and Whopi Goldberg- notice the facial structures and features.
Now compaire these women to,,,oh,,,your average Jerry Springer guest who's black. Or Maury Povitch. Or Queen Lautiva.
Now compaire those who use correct english and those who's facial features DON'T match,,,oh, George Bush. Lets take the cross eyed, slow speaking, southerner thats considered to be "a hick". Once again, you can see the facial features- its not as pronounced but its still there.
Now the personality you're describing is based on enviroment- once again, take Condi Rice. The woman is a world class pianst, and highly trained and well disciplined. Same thing for Oprah. Now compaire them to the street rappers- how they talk, act, and portray themselfs.

the difference between a white man and a black man exists.
among skin color, hair and shape of nose - there're lots of inner differences:
the capillary system of a black man is different from that of a white man: for this reason the black man is more endurant - which is deciding in sports.
besides, the black man's skin is more elastic - he would get first wrinkles later, than the white one. and not because wrinkles are seen worse on a dark skin...;)

in no way. some quantity of racism is a organic phenomenon. The extra that somebody resembles ourselves or somebody we carry in severe esteem, the extra probably we are to be sympathetic to them. for occasion, take the words 'birds of a feather flock mutually' and 'blood is thicker than water'. They mean that we are needless to say interested in those that're our relatives our 'variety' of people. people who deviate too some distance from our own worldwide view at the instant are not at modern-day accepted. they might desire to artwork extra stable and furnish extra motives for them to be accepted. This holds actual for race, gender, faith, u . s . a . of beginning place, college or the place we live. There at the instant are not too many Yankee followers who're interior of reach Bostonians, and few purple Sox followers born and raised in NYC. What all of us want is to artwork on our impulse administration to furnish the 'different' guy a raffle and to be extra tolerant of candy sixteen slights they might inflict accidentally.

Anthropologically speaking, there are several differences, not the least of them the epiderm.
Negroes tend to have steatopygia--the ability to store nutrients in the gluteal muscles--and frequently have three rather than four sets of muscles in the thighs. Then there are certain differences in facial and cranial structure, depending on the genetic origin of the individual, and his/her genetic background.
Most notably, there is a huge difference in their societal history, and the way they tend to interact, both among themselves and within the general population.
There are pluses and minuses on both sides--lest we forget--and both ought to be judged on the basis of who they are rather than what they look like. Certainly, that's how God does it.

There are definitely genetic differences beside skin color. Even in Africa there are genetic differences between the different tribes/ethnic groups.
However, I am not an expert in the field of genetics, so you could explore websites for an exact answer.

As far as personality, there are no "general" differences - there are the same "personality types" in both blacks and whites.
But there are some differences in physiology, especially as regards suceptiblity to some diseases:
First Major Difference In Pulmonary Fibrosis/Scleroderma Between Blacks And Whites Found Using Physiological Proteomics (see first link)
and, of course, sickle-cell is more prevalent among blacks.
But bascially, although there are some "anatomical differences", there are NO significant differences between whiles and blacks:
Only an incredibly small percentage of genes in human beings are involved in skin color. Possibly only six genes determine the color of a person's skin out of between 30,000 and 40,000
Even though we are anatomically different from each other, there is no subspecies in our group. In fact, there are far more genetic differences within a population of humans than between them. For example, there is only about 3 to 7 percent genetic divergence between groups, compared to 20 percent in subspecies of drosophila fruit flies. It doesn't compare.
As far as distinct lineages, throughout history, we have had too much gene flow between so-called races. If sub-Saharan Africans only mated with sub-Saharan Africans and Europeans only mated with Europeans, then there might be unique lineages. But that hasn't occurred, particularly in America. Here, because of our history of chattel slavery, individuals are still classified as black by means of the ''rule of hypodescent,'' whereby one drop of black blood makes one black. However, there is no biological rationale for this rule. " (see 2nd link.)
