Spanish does not have the letter K, except for imported words such as "kilo".
Your friend uses the K for effect. It's a youth thing.
The text translates to:
Hi, Miguel, how are you? Well, to be honest, I don't remember! Whose friend are you? Greetings.

The person above is correct. It should actually read:

"¿Qué tal Miguel?¡Bueno, la verdad, no me acuerdo! ¿De quién eres amigo? Saludos"

And, ya.. just look above for what it means. lol.
